This privacy policy applies to the NaamZa app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by NaamZa (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application is an internal business tool designed exclusively for NaamZa salon employees (stylists and owners) to manage appointments, clients, and salon operations.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

• First Name and Last Name
• Email address
• Phone number

As part of normal salon operations, the Application also collects and stores:

• Client information (names, phone numbers, appointment history)
• Appointment details (dates, notes, status)
• Before and after photos associated with appointments

The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

Push Notifications

The Application may send push notifications to salon employees to inform them of new or updated appointments. You may opt out of receiving these notifications through your device settings at any time.
